Thiou
Known as Thiou, Chef Apiradee Thirakomen has been well-known by Parisians for decades. First the Chef of the famous nightclub Les Bains Douches, she created her first restaurant in 2000 to celebrate Thai gastronomy. Before her, no "Crying Tiger" or shrimp dumplings in the city!
A passionate cuisine
On the menu at Thiou, the essentials of Thai cuisine are combined with the finest French ingredients and evolve with time and the seasons. The Chef's signature dishes are absolute must-tries, from langoustine spring rolls and shrimp dumplings to the iconic "Crying Tiger", as well as surprises like a sauerkaut with cabbage cooked like in Thailand.
